Delivering user-centred, accessible documentation across data validation and governance products (API, cloud, and on-prem). I own end-to-end content operations for our docs-as-code user documentation website, shaping scalable workflows and setting content strategy. Recently led a restructure project that streamlined cross-functional workflows, and reduced delivery times by 43%. Also improved usability, reduced support queries, and mentored junior team members to support content growth.
Worked cross-functionally with developers in an agile environment to deliver clear, client-facing documentation using Git and VS Code. Documented Koitlin and Swift SDK functionality, implementation workflows, and customization options. Contributed to onboarding content and internal standards to support team scalability and continuity beyond the internship.
Led a user research and content design project to improve student experience, at the School of Natural Sciences, through centralised, accessible information. NatSci students take modules across 5 departments, making course information fragmented and hard to find. Delivered a Confluence wiki and updated the TerminalFour CMS to streamling navigation, saving students an estimated 7 hours per term on searching for module and assessment information.
Created inclusive, user-focused employability content using WordPress, HTML, and CSS. Delivered a centralised case study hub and reusable templates to improve consistency and reach. The case studies aimed to demystify early career paths for physics students by sharing real, unfiltered stories from recent graduates and placement students. This work increased engagement and supported strategic outreach through targeted content design and social media campaigns.
